For Clean & Sober Living Homes
A fresh start looks the part
Sober living homes, recovery residences, and transitional housing. Regular cuts that support the structure your house already builds — respectfully and without judgment.
Interview & court ready. A clean cut before a job interview, court date, or family reunification visit changes how a man carries himself.
Confidence in early recovery. Looking put-together is part of rebuilding — routine, self-care, and pride in appearance.
Judgment-free chair. Everyone in the chair gets the same respect and the same sharp cut. No lectures, no labels.
Fits house structure. We schedule around curfews, meetings, and chore charts — group barber days keep it simple for house managers.
Best fit: Houses that want a standing self-care day. The house can let residents pay per cut, or sponsor a barber day for the whole house.
For senior living managers
You handle activities, care, and families — barbering shouldn't be another vendor headache. One call sets the schedule, Tomari brings the paperwork (license + insurance certificate), and residents sign up on a simple sheet we provide.

Meet Tomari Bates
Tomari is a Washington-licensed barber and the owner of Get Fresh Cutz, founded in Tacoma in January 2024. He started this service because the people who benefit most from a barber are often the ones who can't easily get to one — seniors without a ride, and men in sober living focused on rebuilding their lives one day at a time.
When Tomari is your barber, it's Tomari every time. Residents get a familiar face who knows their cut, their stories, and how they take their coffee — not a rotating stranger.
